Bringing in California Mid-Century warmth with contemporary take on Japanese inspired pieces. Anchored by cypress green tiles with warm vegetable tan leather, katami speaks to a warmer Japanese Scandi aesthetic, using washed linens on uniforms to contemporary takes on shoji lamps..

To honor nature and light by bringing in waxed woods, with emphasis on lighter species and hits of the rich greens to create a welcoming and ethereal lightness. Ceramics will be curated to reflect the design intent with focus on tonal shades of creams & celadon on stoneware as the main color. Tonality is key for this aesthetic.
