 2 parts Lillet Rosé + 1 part muscadet +  2 dashes orange bitters.  Stirred w/ice and frozen berries.

 1 oz gin + 1/2 oz st Germaine + 2 dashes of orange bitters + soda water. Stirred with fresh peach + spearmint + 1/2 squeezed lime juice purée.  Strain into chilled glass, garnish with mint + peach slices + a little mermaid.

 Muddle 1 slice of lime + berries + ginger syrup + fresh mint.  Strain into chilled glass.  Top with sparkling soda + fresh mint sprig.

  1 splash of orange blossom water + 1.5 oz gin + 1 tbls honey syrup + I slice orange, muddled. Shake with ice, top w/soda water. Pour over ice. Garnished with sprig of baby rosemary + orange peel + jasmine.

 Orange blossom lemonade.  Quarter 1/2 lemon + 1 quarter small mandarin.  Add 1 to 2 tbls honey syrup.  Muddle.  Add 1 healthy sprig of spearmint.  Muddle.  Add 1/2 tbs of orange blossom water.  Stir.  Top with soda water and 1/2 tbs of Morris Ginger syrup.  Sprig of mint + zest of lemon and mandarin, optional.  Serve over ice.

Orange blossom lemonade.  Quarter 1/2 lemon + 1 quarter small mandarin.  Add 1 to 2 tbls honey syrup.  Muddle.  Add 1 healthy sprig of spearmint.  Muddle.  Add 1/2 tbs of orange blossom water.  Stir.  Top with soda water and 1/2 tbs of Morris Ginger syrup.  Sprig of mint + zest of lemon and mandarin, optional.  Serve over ice.

 Umami Bloody Maria.  With lime wedge, wet rim of glass and coat with Tajin (chili lime salt).  1 oz Vida or any high quality Mezcal + 3/4 tbs Mentsuyu (Japanese noodle sauce NOT soy) + 3/4 tbs Louisiana cocktail sauce.  Mix.  Serve over ice in rimmed glass.  Garnish with fresh dill and slice of cucumber.   

Umami Bloody Maria.  With lime wedge, wet rim of glass and coat with Tajin (chili lime salt).  1 oz Vida or any high quality Mezcal + 3/4 tbs Mentsuyu (Japanese noodle sauce NOT soy) + 3/4 tbs Louisiana cocktail sauce.  Mix.  Serve over ice in rimmed glass.  Garnish with fresh dill and slice of cucumber.
